8:15am - 9:45am - Unleash your innter Superhero with Jennifer Bauman – Steagall

Every organization has at least one or two (hopefully more!) superheroes hiding amongst the masses. They stand unnoticed in a crowd waiting to provide input, sit quietly in meetings identifying risks, generate confidence in the bathroom doing a superman pose, and speak kindly but firmly to the poor performer who should have been fired months ago. They respond to requests for help without hesitation, provide comfort to those in need, and clean up personnel messes others leave behind. They are often unseen, undervalued, and overlooked for all they do to literally save the workplace from disaster.

It's time to come out from the shadows, fellow superheroes, and lean into your awesomeness! Each of us has untapped courage, power and potential, if only we could give that power a voice and a mission. We may also experience moments of uncertainty from time to time, even losing track of our sense of purpose. It's okay. You can reconnect to it.  If you were a superhero, what would you be doing differently in your personal and professional life?  Do you know how to overcome your personal kryptonite? And how can you tell if you are, in fact, a hidden superhero? Grab your favorite cape or mask and swoop in to join us for this entertaining and empowering program as we explore the top 10 superhero traits and powerful strategies for unleashing your inner superhero to achieve more personal and professional growth.  All Superheroes welcome!
